JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing the company HR system and cooperation with an international team
Overseeing HR and payroll procedures (recruitment, terminations, promotions, merit awards, anniversaries, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with company and collective guidelines and new developments in labour law
Working closely in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, performance management, development, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Reliable analytical thinking with the ability to process data
Rational approach to problem solving with the ability to generate new ideas and deliver solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team on a wide range of projects
Czech/Slovak and good English
